🤖 Studio Agent builds programmes and automations for you
The Studio Agent can now set up programmes and automations for you. Just ask.
Programmes: Ask for a new programme and the agent drafts the structure with placeholder activities. Save it, and every activity is created with a description, ready for you to fill in.
Automations: Ask the agent which learners haven't made progress, then ask it to send them a reminder. It creates the automation for you.
Why this helps:
Setting up a new programme takes a fraction of the time
Learners who stall get a nudge, without you building every rule by hand
You go from "these learners are stuck" to "reminder sent" in one conversation
Try it:
Open the Studio Agent
Ask it anything, for example about learner progress, sending notifications, or structuring a new programme
Be explicit about what you want it to create: an automation or a programme
Check what it prepared, then click save and publish. It's live a lot quicker!
🖼️ Generate images with AI
You can now create images with AI right where you build your content. Just describe the image and it's generated for you.
The AI also writes a description for each image, so you can quickly find it later and reuse it in other activities.

Visuals that match your content, created in seconds
Activities go from draft to done much faster
Images you've made are easy to find and reuse later
Try it:
Open an activity, journey, or programme in Content
Click an image placeholder, then Generate with AI
Describe the image you need, then click Use this image

And the exact location within it
Why this helps:
Clean up your assets without worrying that deleting one breaks content somewhere else
When you want to replace an asset, you know exactly where to do it

🧭 Journeys in a programme go straight to the stream
Before, a journey inside a programme couldn't be added to a journey or spotlight widget in the stream. Learners first had to open the programme and then find the right journey, an extra click every time.
Now you can add that specific journey straight to a stream widget. Learners get there in fewer clicks, and you keep the locking and unlocking rules of your programme, so you still control when learners see each journey and its content.
🗂️ Sort and filter your activities
In Content > Activities, you can now filter your activities by:
Status: published or not published
Type of activity, as many as you like
No active automations
And sort them by:
Recently edited
Recently added
Alphabetical (A-Z)
Last commented

🎬 Videos that adapt to the device
Before, a video always played in the quality it was uploaded in. For learners on a phone, that slowed down both the platform and their experience.
Now the platform picks the right quality for the device automatically, so everything stays fast. Learners can still change the quality themselves if they want to.
This works for all your uploaded videos, including the ones you added before.
