Meet your platform expert

  • Now it's also an expert on your entire platform: it knows how everything works, reads your Insights, and proposes what to do next.

What does Studio Agent know?

Studio Agent takes in a lot of different context before it answers. It draws on:

  • Our documentation, so it knows how every part of the platform works

  • Your own content and assets, like programmes, journeys, activities, and files

  • Your own data and Insights, like how groups and users are engaging and progressing

That means its answers are always specific to your platform, never generic advice.

From insight to action

Studio Agent doesn't stop at telling you what's going on.

Based on what it finds in your Insights, it proposes concrete actions and prepares them for you. Automations, notifications, and content creation become a matter of asking.

For example: from an engagement question to a published notification

  1. Ask Studio Agent how a programme is going. It pulls the progress data and shows you where learners are.

  2. Ask it to nudge the learners who haven't reached halfway yet. It builds the automation for you, with the right people and the right message.

  3. Check it and click publish.

No searching, no guessing who ends up in the group, no risk of messaging the wrong people.

The same goes for content. Ask where learners drop off or which content is being skipped, and Studio Agent can suggest and create new or improved content to fix it.

How to use it

  1. Open Studio Agent

  2. Type your question in plain language, the way you'd ask a colleague

  3. Studio Agent searches your platform's documentation, content, and data, then gives you a clear answer

  4. Where it makes sense, it proposes an action. Review it and publish when you're happy

👀 You stay in control

Studio Agent never changes anything without asking you first. It prepares the work, like an automation or a piece of content, and you decide what goes live.

Before you start

Studio Agent runs on AI, so your platform needs a signed AI agreement to keep everything GDPR compliant. The Studio Agent itself is included in your licence, so it's free.

Not sure if yours is signed? Check the button in the bottom right corner of Control. Blue means it's signed and you're ready to go. Red means it isn't signed yet.
