See where your assets are used

Find every activity, journey, and programme that uses an asset, jump straight to it, and keep your asset library tidy.

Written by Marie Xhauflair

Every asset now shows exactly where it's used.

So you can clean up and replace assets without worrying about breaking content somewhere else.

See where an asset is used

  1. Go to Content > Assets

  2. Click an asset

  3. Open the Used in tab

You'll see every activity, journey, and programme that uses it. Click one, and it opens in a new tab, right where the asset sits.

✏️ Tip

Want to delete or replace an asset? Check Used in first, so you know exactly which content changes.

Search and filter

Use search and filters to find assets by type, and to see whether they're used or not.

✏️ Tip

Filter on assets that aren't used anywhere, and quickly clean up your library.

Add descriptions to find assets faster

Every asset now has a description box. A good description makes the asset easy to find when you search for it later.

  • Write your own description

  • Or let AI write it: click the blue sparkle button in the description box

👀 Good to know

Images you create with AI get an AI description automatically, marked with an orange AI generated tag. Don't like it? Just overwrite it with your own.

AI-generated images

Images you create with AI have their own collection, so they're easy to find.
