The Journeys widget lets you show several learning journeys in a single section of the platform. It’s ideal for giving users a clear overview of available journeys, like onboarding phases, learning paths, or optional development tracks.
What it does
This widget displays a selection of journeys in tiles, shown either in slide or grid layout, depending on what you choose during setup. It gives learners a clean overview of available journeys without overwhelming them.
Use it to:
Group all onboarding journeys in one place
Promote optional or role-specific learning paths
Organise content around themes like leadership or compliance
Setting Up the Journey Slider Widget
Go to Behaviour > Stream
Click the + icon to add a new widget
Select Journeys from the widget list
Enter an internal name (for admin use only)
Add a header that learners will see above the widget
Select the journeys you want to include
Choose a tile layout (how the journeys are visually arranged)
Click Add widget to save
Create an automation unlocking the widget to have it available to users.
👀 Good to know
Adding journeys here does not unlock them for users
Each journey must still be unlocked separatelyUse automations to make sure the right users see the right journeys
