Describe what you need, and the Studio Agent drafts your whole programme: journeys, sections, and learning bites.

You review it, adjust it, and save. Done in minutes.

🚧 Before you start

The Studio Agent needs a signed AI agreement. Is the button in the bottom right corner of Control blue? Then you're ready to go.

Red? Contact marie.xhauflair@tinqwise.com and we'll sort it. The Studio Agent is included in your licence.

Step 1: Open a programme

  1. Ask the Studio Agent: "Can you help me create a programme?"

  2. It takes you to Content > Programmes

  3. Create a new programme, or open an existing one

Step 2: Describe your programme

The agent asks you for:

  • The goal and audience

  • The topics it should cover

  • Existing activities to include

  • The length or deadline

✏️ For example

"Help me create this programme. It's onboarding for new sales staff in a sports store. Cover the product range, customer needs, and checkout. No existing activities. Three journeys, four to six learning bites each, three minutes max."

Step 3: Preview the proposal

The agent proposes a full structure.

Click Preview to see every journey and learning bite. Click a learning bite to see what it will cover.

Step 4: Adjust it

Not quite right?

  • Refine it: type your change in the field under the proposal

  • Start over: click Discard and ask again

Step 5: Accept, save, and publish

  1. Click Accept change. The structure is added to your programme, with each learning bite marked To be created

  2. Click Save in the top right corner. Your learning bites are now created

  3. Publish them when the content is ready, so learners can see them

👀 Good to know

New learning bites are created empty and unpublished, each with a description of what it should cover.

What's next?

Open each learning bite and fill it in. The Studio Agent can help with that too.
