Find any activity with sort and filter

Filter activities by status, type, or automations, and sort them to find what you need in seconds.

Lots of activities on your platform? Find the one you need in seconds with filters and sorting.

Go to Content > Activities. Next to the search bar, you'll find two buttons: one to filter and one to sort.

Filter your activities

Click the filter button and choose what you want to see:

  • Status: Published or Not published

  • Type of activity: for example Learning Bite, Examination, or Audio

  • Flags: No active automations

👀 Good to know

You can select several activity types at once.

Sort your activities

Click the sort button and choose:

  • Recently edited

  • Recently added

  • Alphabetical (A-Z)

  • Last commented

Combine them

Filters and sorting work together, so you can narrow down and order your list at the same time.

✏️ Tip

Filter on Not published and sort by Recently edited to pick up right where you left off.
