This cycle brings a mix of improvements, from enhancing engagement, flexibility in role plays, and smarter admin tools.
What’s new
🔥 Streaks: Learners now build a login streak and earn badges just for showing up regularly, without losing progress if they miss a day.
🔍 External activity review: Invite people outside your platform to review specific activities, without giving them access to Control.
📝 Smarter to-do lists: To-do items are now grouped by journey, with a done section and reporting that reflects only what’s assigned.
🎭 Custom roleplay scenarios: Build your own AI roleplay scenarios directly in the platform!
🧠 Studio Agent goes platform wide: The Studio Agent now knows your whole platform, not just one learning bite...
🔥 Streaks: a reason to come back every day
Before, there was no mechanic that rewarded coming back on a regular schedule.
Now, learners collect a streak: the number of unique days they’ve logged in. A small counter next to their profile picture keeps count, with a badge earned at every milestone. Missing a day doesn’t reset anything, the next login just adds one!
Why this helps:
Learners build the habit of coming back
Fair for part-time or temporary learners, since missing a day never costs them progress

🔍 External activity review
You can now invite people outside your platform to review specific activities, without giving them access to your wider Control environment.
Before | Now |
Reviewers had to be added as full admin or creator users | Admins invite reviewers directly to one activity, they get a URL and can get started right away |
That meant access to your whole Control environment | Reviewers only ever see the activities they were asked to review |
Why this helps:
Collect feedback from outside stakeholders without exposing your whole Control environment
Reviewers can easily be asked to review a specific activity. They get a link and can start straight away
Revoke access instantly the moment a review is done
Reviewers get a separate tab where they see all the activities they need to review
In brief:
Invite a new or existing reviewer by name and email
Reviewers can find everything they’ve been asked to review under Content > Reviewer

📝 Smarter to-do lists
To-do lists just got a lot more organised.
Before, all assigned activities showed up in one flat list with no grouping, which made larger, personalised learning paths hard to navigate.
Now, to-do items are grouped under their parent journey, completed items move into a Done section, and mandatory items can’t be removed by learners.
Why this helps:
Learners see a clearer picture of what’s required, grouped by journey instead of one long list
Progress reflects assigned work, so learners can reach 100% without needing to finish optional extras
Reporting managers can filter reporting down to items in the to-do list to see what actually matters

🎭 Custom role-play scenarios: build your own
Roleplay scenarios aren’t limited to three presets anymore, you can build your own. This is what you can define:
The scenario itself
The AI’s character role
The goal of the role play
The estimated duration
and a description of the activity
Why this helps:
Full flexibility to match the specific scenarios your learners actually face

🧠 Studio Agent goes platform wide
Before, the Studio Agent, our AI assistant for building content, only lived inside a single learning bite. It could help you build and edit that one activity.
Now the Studio Agent can also be used for the entire platform. This is some of the things it can do:
Analyse YOUR platform statistics
Help you with a lot of details, how to set up notifications, certificates, and skills
Troubleshoot the why behind something not working as it should
Give recommendations across the whole platform instead of just one activity
