Studio is now accessible to all users, marking a significant milestone in our platform's evolution. This update means that everyone can create content quickly and easily with Studio's intuitive tools. You might have noticed the changes in Control or the new "Migrate to Studio" button in the Content Builder.

What's next?
The rollout from last week was a significant milestone for Studio, but we’re just getting started. Currently, Studio is available for creating Activities. Up next is Studio for Programmes, where you’ll be able to set up entire learning flows with ease. Here’s a sneak peek of what’s coming:
🔐 SSO improvements
Our Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities have also been enhanced, allowing OpenID and JWT usernames to be editable directly within user profiles. This improvement offers more flexibility and control over user information, ensuring profiles can be easily updated as needed. Admins and HR teams will find this especially useful for maintaining accurate and up-to-date user information.
For instance, if an employee is added manually and therefore cannot log in via SSO, admins can swiftly update this data, maintaining accurate records without needing to involve IT support.
Good to know 👀 If you have an importer, this field may be overwritten by the HR data the platform receives just like the rest of the user data.

📥 Manual user import enhancement
With the prominently accessible "Download Example Sheet" button, manually importing users has become more straightforward. No more hunting through hyperlinks—simply click and download to streamline your user import process. This enhancement saves time and reduces complexity, making it ideal for admins and manager teams responsible for adding new users to the platform.
For example, when onboarding a new batch of employees, you can quickly download the template, fill in the details, and upload it to the system with ease.
