This FAQ contains all the essential information needed to seamlessly transition to using the new content creation tool, Studio.

🚚 Migration Concerns

How will switching to Studio affect my existing content in Content Builder?

Your existing content will remain in Content Builder and will not be automatically transferred to Studio.

You can migrate content at your own pace to take advantage of Studio’s advanced features. For more details, visit the help article.

How can I migrate my content from Content Builder to Studio?

To migrate your content using the platform tools:

  1. Go to Content Builder

  2. Select an activity or folder

  3. Click Push to TinQwise LXP

  4. Choose Migrate to Studio

💡 Tip:

This creates a new Studio version (not a duplicate) and preserves your structure and assets.

Will migrating affect formatting or features?

Text formatting will remain intact but there’s an important limitation: Studio does not support embedding images directly within text fields.

Why?

This helps keep template design clean and consistent. As a result, any images inside text fields will not be transferred during migration.

🔍 Accessibility of Content Builder

Can I still use Content Builder if I switch to Studio?

Yes! Content Builder will remain available to all users. It supports content types that Studio doesn’t yet, like:

  • Smart exams

  • Certificates

You can open Content Builder via Control > Guidance > Create content.
