How will switching to Studio affect my existing content in Content Builder?
Your existing content will remain intact in Content Builder and will not be automatically transferred to Studio. You can choose to migrate content at your convenience to take advantage of Studio’s enhanced features. For more details, visit the help article.
How can I migrate my content from Content Builder to Studio?
To migrate your content, access our user-friendly migration tools in the Control panel. These tools are designed to help you transfer your activities smoothly and without data loss. For step-by-step instructions, click here.
Will migrating my content affect its formatting or features?
Migrating your content to Studio will not impact the text itself; however, ⚠ Studio does not support embedding images directly within text fields. This is to maintain the consistency and integrity of the template designs, ensuring that images are displayed optimally for learners. As a result, images currently embedded in text fields will not be transferred during the migration.
🔍 Accessibility of Content Builder
Can I still use Content Builder if I switch to Studio?
Absolutely! Content Builder remains available for all users. It continues to support content types not yet available in Studio, such as Intros and Certificates. You can access Content Builder through the Control environment via Content > Guidance > Create content.
🔄 Switching Back
What if I prefer to use Content Builder over Studio?
You have complete flexibility to switch back to using Content Builder at any time. If Studio does not meet your needs, you can disable it in your Control > Settings > Features. If you would like to hide the "Migrate to Studio" button in Content Builder, please reach out to your TinQwise contact.
