1. What is Studio?
Studio is the new content editor in TinQwise. It replaces Content Builder for creating learning activities. Studio is integrated directly into Control, so you donβt need to switch tools.
With Studio you can:
Create and edit activities in a simpler, more modern interface.
Preview before publishing.
Manage translations more easily.
Restore earlier versions of your work.
Attention!
π From November 1, all existing content on the Content Builder which has already before been pushed to Control will be automatically moved to Studio. You will be able to edit the content as before, in Studio.
The Content Builder will remain available only for Smart Exams.
π‘Editing your existing CB activities in Studio
You donβt have to wait until November to use Studio for your current activities.
You now option in Control to open the activity you want to edit, directly from Studio, without needing to go through the Content Builder.

2. Why Studio instead of Content Builder?
Compared to Content Builder, Studio offers:
A cleaner and more intuitive interface.
Version history so that you can restore previous edits.
Easier translations, including AI-powered translations.
A central asset library for reusing media.
More consistent design and editing experience.
It is no longer possible to create learning activities, journeys and programmes on the Content Builder. All new features will be built for Studio and the Content Builder will no longer be updated.

What does moving to Studio from the Content Builder mean?
Automations and reporting data: Automations linked to activities will be moved with the activity to Studio. These setups will not be lost.
Learner access and progress: Learners will retain access to the activity, and their progress will remain intact.
