To truly harness the global potential of your learning Platform, Studio's offers multiple methods for translating your content.

  1. Manual translations

  2. AI-powered auto translations

  3. Exporting and importing PO files

1. Manual translations

You can easily view or edit an activity in a different language. On the Activity Details page, a language picker is located in the bottom right corner. You can change the language of the content when viewing, editing, or previewing the activity.

Select your desired language from this picker. Any textual modifications made in this mode will only affect that specific translation.

💡 Tip: Avoid making structural alterations in languages other than the default. Actions like adding a new template or an additional question option in the MPC apply to ALL languages.

2. AI-powered auto translations

You can easily translate your content in seconds by utilising our DeepL integrations. This feature provides quick, automatic translations for all your content, leveraging AI for efficiency and accuracy.

Step 1. Navigate to Control > Activities.

Step 2. Find the Studio activity you wish to translate.

Step 3. Go to Activity details.

Step 4. Click on the translation button in the bottom right corner. Select the "Start auto translation".

Please note that the AI-powered translations are included in the international addon. For more information, please contact your TinQwise representative.

Step 5. Select the source and the target languages for translation.

💡 When using AI translation in Studio, remember to review it afterwards. Machines may not fully understand context or culture, so it's best to get a native speaker or professional translator to check for accuracy. This helps maintain the quality of your learning materials and ensures they connect well with your audience.

Data Privacy Assurance

  • Selective sharing: Only the text for translation is shared with DeepL. Your other data remains untouched and secure.
