Collaboration in Control

Give colleagues admin access to Control and work together smoothly

Only admins can open Control, so when a colleague needs to help manage the platform, an admin can give them access in a few clicks

Promote a user to admin

  1. Go to Control > Users

  2. Open the Actions arrow next to the user and click View user details

  3. Click the menu icon (three lines) at the top right

  4. Select Promote to admin

Then share the Control link with them: yourplatform.platform.co.nl/control

👀 Good to know

Only want them to manage part of the platform, like a few groups? Use an admin group with restricted access instead, see Create an admin (restricted access) group

Work together in Control

  • Split the work, for example per group, journey or programme

  • Agree on naming for groups and Content IDs so everyone finds things quickly

  • Check the Audit tab on a user or group to see what changed, when, and by whom

Not sure who changed something? The Audit tab is the quickest way to find out!
