The discovery stream is what learners see when they log in. It shows activities, journeys, or programmes based on automations and settings. You can organise the stream with widgets to control what appears and how it looks.

What is the discovery stream?

The stream is the main place where learners see their available content. It shows activities, journeys, and programmes in a clear timeline or list.

  • The order of the content is based on the stream layout: items at the top are shown first, followed by the rest.

  • The content learners see depends on automations (who is assigned to what) and widgets (which type of display is used).

What are widgets?

Widgets let you choose how content is shown in the stream. You can add multiple widgets to highlight specific activities, journeys, or programmes.

Filter the stream for a specific group

  • Use the dropdown at the top of the page

  • Select a specific group

  • This lets you see and set-up up a widget that only applies to learners in that group

Important!

If the stream is filtered, widgets cannot be reordered until you remove the filter
