What's new
๐ฌ NOW can now hold a conversation: NOW, our Learning Assistant, keeps context across follow-up questions, so it feels like a real back-and-forth instead of one-off Q&A.
๐ฎ Product trainer just got smarter: Product trainer, the mini game based on your webshop, now automatically picks products much closer to your search query, instead of loose "far cousin" matches.
๐ Copy programmes instead of rebuilding them: Duplicate a programme within your platform, tweak it, and publish when ready.
๐ Reporting, minus the noise (admin feature): Reporting now defaults to what a learner can actually access, with filters for completion date, format, and progress, so troubleshooting takes seconds, not scrolling.
๐งญ Choose where learners land first: Set the landing page per group, so each of your users lands exactly where you want them, not a generic default.
๐ Good to know:
NOW and the Product Trainer are AI feature, so it needs a signed AI activation order before it's available on your platform. Reach out to marie.xhauflair@tinqwise.com to get that arranged for free!
๐ฌ NOW can now hold a conversation
Before this, every question to NOW, our Learning Assistant, was treated on its own. Learner feedback on this was blunt: "the second question gets a random answer," and NOW felt more like one-off Q&A than something your learners could actually talk to.
Now NOW remembers what was just asked, so learners don't have to repeat themselves to ask a follow-up. For example: "Which one fits?" โ "What's the difference?" โ "How do I explain it to the customer?" NOW treats all three as one conversation, not three separate questions.
Why this helps:
Learners get a real back-and-forth instead of restating context every time
Faster answers on the floor, in the moment a question comes up
NOW starts to feel more like a coach than a search bar
Try it:
As a learner, ask NOW a question, for example "Which one fits?"
Ask a natural follow-up straight after, like "What's the difference?", the learner never has to repeat what was already said
NOW answers using the context from the first questiom
๐ฎ Product trainer just got smarter
Product trainer, the mini game that turns your webshop into practice, just got a smarter search.
When product trainer launched, product search sometimes returned results that were a bit off from what you actually typed. Now the search is closer to your original query, so the products you meant to find show up first.
Why this helps:
Quizzes are built from the products you actually meant to include
Faster setup overall, since you're not re-searching to correct the results
Try it:
Create a new activity of type Product trainer
Enter a product query
Set the number of questions, time per question, and optional context to steer the quiz
Let you learners have fun while they learn more about product knowledge!

๐ Copy programmes instead of rebuilding them
You can now copy a programme within your own platform. Modules and assets are reused, not duplicated, so your content stays clean, and the copy is unpublished by default so you can review it before it goes live.
Try it:
Go to Content > Programmes, open any programme
Click on the button with the three vertical dots, then click "Copy"
Select if you immediately wished to publish the copy
๐ Good to know:
Copying a programme does not copy the activities within the programme. This means you won't get a billion copies of activities, keeping your platform clean!
๐ Reporting, minus the noise
This one's for admins.
User profile reporting in/Control is easier to read now.
Before, a learner's reporting page showed every activity, whether or not they actually had access to it. That made it hard to tell access issues apart from genuine progress, and slowed down troubleshooting when checking whether an automation had worked correctly. A journey assigned to a learner not showing up on their to-do list, for instance, meant digging through everything manually just to find out why.
The new default and filters make that a quick check instead.
Why this helps:
Faster troubleshooting: access issues and progress are no longer mixed together
Less time spent explaining why an activity does or doesn't show up
Easier to check whether an automation triggered the way it should
Try it:
As an admin, go to any user, then go to the "Reporting" tab.
Use the new filters for completion date, format, or progress to narrow down what you're looking for
๐งญ Choose where learners land first
Every platform used to open on the same page, no matter what you actually wanted your users to prioritize. Stream has also moved to its own dedicated page rather than being the fixed default.
Maybe you've built out a library of skills and want learners to land there first, so they immediately see what to work on next. Or you want your reporting managers to open straight into learner reporting, instead of searching for it every time.
You can now set the landing page per group, so each of your users lands exactly where you want them.
Why this helps:
Different groups can land on different pages, based on what matters to them
Learners see what to work on first, without extra clicks
Reporting managers (or any group) can open straight into what they need
