We’ve been fine-tuning your experience so creating, reviewing, and using learning feels faster and more “in the flow”, whether you’re an admin building content or an employee trying to get answers in the moment.


On the menu:

💬 Ask your questions with Quinn

You can now ask Quinn questions as you build and manage learning, so you spend less time searching and more time doing.

All questions are welcome. Quinn won’t judge, it’s there to support you. So instead of emailing service@tinqwise.com, try asking Quinn first. You might get the answer instantly, and stay in the flow.


🎬 Modify learning bites with the Studio Agent

Our studio agent turns TinQwise from a content tool into a content creation expert in the room. It helps you build better learning bites faster, with best practices built into every step.

The Studio Agent unlocks:

  • Higher content quality

  • Faster iteration

  • Best practices for creating content

What you can do with the studio agent

The studio agent helps you improve learning bites as you build. You can ask for simple changes, like:

  • “Make this less text heavy.”

  • “Change this template to something more interactive.”

  • “Add a multiple choice question template with feedback (mpc with feedback) at the end of this learning bite.”

The agent will propose specific updates for you to review. Expand the proposed changes to preview them directly in the right template, then choose what happens next:

  • Accept all changes

  • Reject changes you don’t want

  • Keep iterating until the bite feels right for your audience

Built for collaboration

Creating great learning is rarely a solo job. The studio agent makes it easy to work together without long back-and-forth.

You can:

  • Use the agent to create a first draft you can share with others

  • Review suggested changes together and align on what “good” looks like

  • Keep improving the same learning bite over a few quick rounds, instead of starting over

Tip:

Use the studio agent to generate a strong first version, then use the new Studio activity review to collaborate with your team and make it even better.


👓 Review activities

Reviewing activities is now easier. With Studio review, you can collaborate more smoothly with your team, spot gaps earlier, and take action faster.

This means less waiting and more doing. You can leave feedback exactly where it matters: add a comment at the activity level, or add another comment directly on a template. Every comment stays contextual, so it’s immediately clear what needs to change or where alignment is needed.

You can also keep the conversation moving without losing track:

  • Reply to comments with an in-line thread so discussions stay in one place

  • Mark comments as resolved to show what’s been handled

  • Stay on top of what’s done and what still needs attention


🛍️ Product Q&A in NOW

NOW now supports questions on your specific product information, so employees can ask what they need, when they need it, without leaving the moment. This helps teams stay confident on the floor and deliver a smoother customer experience.

Important: The strongest answers come from the strongest source content. Keep product information current so NOW stays reliable.
