Studio Agent: Overview

Written by Marie Xhauflair
Updated this week

Our Studio Agent is built to help you move from a rough idea to a stronger learning experience with less back and forth.

With the Agent, you can quickly create learning bite, working alongside the agent directly in Studio. This means: asking for template changes, reviewing suggested improvements, rejecting or accepting the changes, and further iterating.

What is the Studio Agent?

Our Studio Agent is an in-product assistant for building and improving learning bites. It appears as a sidebar inside Studio for users who have the feature enabled, so they can start interacting with it while creating content.

In short:

The Studio Agent is always there to help, working alongside you in the context of what you’re creating.

It helps you strengthen content, proposes specific changes, and keeps you in control of what happens next.

How to use the Studio Agent?

The experience is simple and built for iteration.

  1. Start writing in your learning bite

  2. Ask the Studio Agent for help in the sidebar

  3. Review the proposed changes and why they were suggested

  4. Click the suggested change to interact with it directly in the template

  5. Choose what to do next:

    • Accept all changes

    • Reject the changes

    • Keep iterating with the agent

What can you do with it?

You can use the Studio Agent to improve both the content and the structure of your learning bite.

Here are some concrete ways to use it:

Replace templates

Ask the Studio Agent to change one template into another.

For example, you can ask it to:

  • change an accordion into a text and media template

  • turn a long text block into a more visual layout

  • switch to a template that fits the content better

This is useful when the information is good, but the format is not the best fit.

Remove repetitive templates

Ask the Studio Agent to spot repetition in the learning bite and suggest a more concise structure.

For example, you can ask it to:

  • check whether parts of the activity repeat the same message

  • suggest fewer, clearer templates

  • make the flow feel more coherent

This helps when a learning bite feels too long or fragmented.

Make text longer or shorter

Ask the Studio Agent to expand or tighten the wording.

For example, you can ask it to:

  • make template 3 longer and more detailed

  • shorten text that feels too heavy

This is useful when you want the right level of detail for your learners.

Adapt the tone

Ask the Studio Agent to change how the content sounds.

For example, you can ask it to:

  • make the tone of the activity more friendly

  • make it sound more professional

This helps when the content is correct, but the tone does not feel right yet.

Improve the structure

Ask the Studio Agent to make the learning bite easier to follow.

For example, you can ask it to:

  • improve the order of the templates

  • break up dense content at template 2

  • make the flow of the templates more logical

This is especially helpful when you have a first draft but it still feels rough.

Make a template more engaging

Ask Studio Agent to improve a specific part of the activity.

For example, you can ask it to:

  • make template 6 more engaging

  • add a break between template 2 and 3

  • create more variety in the experience

This helps make the learning bite feel more active and easier to move through.

Where the Studio Agent is heading

Today, the Studio Agent helps you improve a learning bite while you build it in Studio.

Over time, it will support improving and creating other learning activities!

Last but not least!
