The insights section in TinQwise NOW helps you understand usage, effectiveness, and gaps in your learning assistant’s knowledge. It’s where you’ll go to check:

  • What users are asking

  • Which answers were helpful or not

  • Where content is missing

  • How your assistant is performing overall

🧭 First, access Insights

To open the insights dashboard:

  1. Go to TinQwise NOW in the left-hand menu

  2. Click Insights

This takes you to the central hub for understanding how NOW is being used and where improvements can be made.

🔍 Overview metrics

At the top of the Insights page, you’ll see quick stats including:

  • Active users

  • Total interactions

  • Questions asked

  • Role-plays

  • Quizzes

These numbers give you a pulse on how engaged your team is with NOW.

Why this is useful:

This gives you a pulse check. If your users are asking lots of questions or running role-plays, you know the assistant is part of their daily flow. If not, it might mean it’s not visible enough or they’re unsure how to use it yet.

❓ Questions & Answers

What you’ll see:

Here, you'll see every question asked, what the assistant replied, where it found the answer, and any feedback users gave.

Click on any question to view:

  • The exact response provided

  • Source materials used (assets or activities)

  • User feedback (if available)

Why this is useful:

This is where you see what’s working, and what might need tweaking. You can:

  • Spot repeat questions and ensure the answer is easy to find

  • See which PDFs or learning activities are doing the heavy lifting

  • Identify patterns in what new hires or part-time staff are asking

🧾 Example:

If multiple team members keep asking about “refunds without a receipt,” it’s a good sign that info could be clearer or more accessible.

⚠️ Unanswered Questions

This section shows what your assistant couldn’t answer because the info wasn’t available.

You'll see the full list of unanswered queries, when they were asked, and by whom.

Why this is useful:

This is your content gap radar. These questions point to things your teams need to know, but can’t yet find.

(again) click on any question to view:

  • The exact response provided

  • Source materials used (assets or activities)

  • User feedback (if available)

📦 Example:

Someone asks “What are this month's promotion?” and nothing comes up.

That’s your cue to upload the relevant content /assets to turn this unanswered question into an answered question.

📌 Use this as a to-do list. You have the option to shortcut to:

  • Add a learning activity, or

  • Upload a new asset

→ This makes sure the assistant can answer this in the future.

💡 Tip:

Check unanswered questions regularly to make sure the assistant keeps improving.
