TinQwise NOW provides answers based only on the content available to the assistant assigned to the user. This includes learning activities and indexed assets (PDFs).

If an answer seems incorrect or unexpected, there are a few steps you can take to investigate and improve it.

Step 1: Check the source of the answer

Go to Insights > Questions & Answers to view:

  • The original user question

  • The answer NOW provided

  • The source content used to generate the response

If the answer came from outdated, unclear, or incorrect material, update that source directly.

NOW will use the updated content (for documents that are deleted then re-uploaded, the documents will first need to be re-indexed for AI use)

Step 2: Check the userโ€™s assistant access

Assistants control what content NOW can access. If a user is linked to multiple assistants, NOW will use the assistant whose name comes first alphabetically.

This may lead to unexpected answers if one assistant includes broader or less specific content.

To fix this, you can:

  • Rename assistants for clearer priority

  • Adjust group settings so each user is linked to only one relevant assistant

Step 3: Still seeing incorrect answers?

If the answers provided are still incorrect even after checking step 1 and 2... ๐Ÿ‘‡
