✨ What’s new

  1. 🎭 Role-play scenarios: Realistic, AI-powered practice conversations

  2. 📊 Impact survey questions: Research-backed, proven questions you can trust

  3. 🌍 Translation percentages: Clearer warnings and status indicators for partial translations

  4. 🐢 Slow loading message: Instant feedback when the platform needs a moment

🎭 Role-play scenarios

Learners can now practise realistic conversations powered by AI, based on real-life workplace scenarios like:

  • Upselling

  • Resolving customer conflict

  • Giving employee feedback

You can define your own Scenario context to match your environment, for example, “A customer asks for two bags instead of one.”

💡 Tip:

These scenarios behave differently for each learner while keeping the same structure.

📊 Impact survey questions

You can now use a built-in impact survey with questions grounded in behavioural science, no setup needed.

These six ready-made questions help you measure:

  • Confidence to apply new skills

  • How often skills are used at work

  • Motivation to use skills

  • Perceived positive impact

  • Reflections and blockers

  • Plus: an intro that improves honesty in responses

Backed by research from experts like Bandura and Ajzen, these questions are simple and effective.

💡 Tip:

Use the questions in impact surveys to track before–after change and surface early signs of real-world impact.

🌍 Translation percentages

Managing translations is now easier and more accurate.

What’s new:

  • Clearer status indicators show what's done, in progress, or missing

  • Warnings help you spot incomplete translations before publishing

  • Exact percentage complete per language

🔥 Important:

Placeholders count toward the percentage but show up as empty on the learner platform (LXP). Make sure they’re filled in before publishing.

🐢 Slow loading message

  • Sometimes the platform needs a moment, and now it’ll let you know.

  • If the system is running slower than usual, you’ll see a friendly loading message so learners are not staring at a blank screen.

  • This small addition makes for a smoother experience, especially on busy networks.
