We’ve given the new Progression Reporting page a major facelift, and we think you’re going to love it. So far, you could only export your data in the new progression page in Control. Now you can see everything come to life through new graphs and a very handy table that matches your export filters.
What’s new?
📈 Dynamic graph
View how different groups are performing in their activities over a certain period. The filters you set for your exports will show up here too, making it easy to keep tabs on everyone’s progress.
🎨 Completion overview table
This table isn’t just about numbers; it's color-coded to show how well different user groups are doing each month. Green means great, red means… you might want to check on them.
💖 Why is this page so awesome?
Instant insight: Get real-time data (up to 5 minutes) and see the effects of new training programs or initiatives right away. Adjust on the fly if needed.
Ties to the big picture: It’s easier than ever to link what people are learning to your organisation's goals. For example, if your customer service scores need a boost, you can quickly see if the Hospitality department's training is on track to help with that.
Boost engagement: Who doesn’t love a little healthy competition? Use these insights to encourage teams and individuals to strive for excellence.

What's upcoming?
🔄 Extended reporting for Journeys and Programmes: We're expanding our reporting capabilities to include detailed insights into Journeys and Programmes.
📅 Scheduled reports: Soon, you'll be able to automate the dispatch of reports to stakeholders, ensuring they stay informed on key progress metrics without manual intervention.
⚠ Please note, the new graph and table features are not currently available to admins with restricted permissions. Such admins can continue to export data for their own groups but won’t yet have access to these visualisations.
🌄 Sunsetting the legacy Progression Page
The old Progression Page will no longer be available from August 14th, 2024. Make sure to transition to the new Progression Export page to take full advantage of our latest progression reports.
