Your platform's visual styling can reflect your organisation’s brand and culture. From colours to fonts and themes, customising the look and feel helps build recognition, boost engagement, and create a sense of belonging.

🛠 Where to customise your theme

To update your platform's visual design:

  1. Go to Settings > Themes

  2. Use the panels to configure colours, fonts, themes, and font colours

  3. Click Preview theme to check your changes

🌈 Platform colours

🟣 Primary colour

The primary colour is used throughout the platform for:

  • Active items in navigation and profiles

  • Labels, icons, and buttons on activities

  • Journey banners and progress bars

  • Background and buttons in your social timeline

💡 Tip:

Choose a colour that contrasts well with white text!

💛 Secondary colour

The secondary colour is used as an accent in:

  • Super title in spotlighted widgets

  • Icons in the to-do list

⚫ Base colours

You can adjust the platform’s standard colours:

  • Black, white, grey: used for backgrounds and text

  • Red, green, yellow, orange – used for statuses and gamification labels

Examples include:

  • Budget and accreditation icons

  • Correct/wrong answers

  • Notification dots

  • Activity tags like "New"

🔥 Important:

If your primary colour is a red or green shade, tick the Growing interaction box so the platform uses neutral feedback colours instead.

Rounded corners

You can customise the appearance of tiles and buttons across your platform to better match your brand style.

By default, corners are rounded, but you can switch to squared corners if you prefer a sharper, more modern look.

To update corner style:

  1. Go to Settings > Themes

  2. Scroll down to the Rounded corners section

  3. Choose between Rounded or Squared for:

    • Tiles

    • Buttons

Changes apply instantly across the platform.
