Happy New Year πŸŽ‡ We kick off the new year with enhancements to our recently launched Studio and Progression Exports features, both currently in their beta phase. 😍

Thanks to all the awesome feedback you've sent our way, we've refined these features apart from their planned improvements:

  1. Studio updates: Three more activity formats are available now in Studio: Audio, social challenge, and social challenge with feedback.

  2. Progression export improvements:

    • πŸ” Integrated employee IDs & new content filters: Streamlines data tracking and analysis.

    • πŸ“Š Historical progress tracking: "Show Progress for Inaccessible Content" option for comprehensive analysis.

Studio improvements:

If you're new to Studio, there's never been a better time to dive in. With three fresh formats now available, only the Exam and Smart Exam are coming soon.

  1. 🎧 Audio:
The audio format is perfect for delivering content in an engaging, listen-on-the-go format. Ideal for auditory learners, it provides a fresh, accessible way to absorb information.

Use it for podcasts, expert interviews, or even guided meditations to add variety to your training programs.

  2. 🀝 Social challenge:
The social challenge is all about interactive learning. It encourages your people to engage in activities, share their outcomes, and reflect on their experiences. This format is excellent for fostering collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking.

  3. πŸ‘₯ Social challenge with feedback:
Building on the social challenge format, this version adds an invaluable layer – peer feedback. Your people can select colleagues to review their work, offering a multi-dimensional learning experience.

Progression export (beta) improvements

Based on your input, we've made enhancements for more precise data handling:

  1. πŸ” Small improvements: The Progression Export page now integrates employee IDs for precise data tracking, offers a filter to differentiate between core and optional content, and allows for more detailed analysis through the 'Journey' field, focusing on specific journey sections.

  2. πŸ“Š Historical progress tracking: This update allows admins for retrospective progress tracking, even for content no longer accessed by the user.

For example, consider tracking the onboarding program from the previous year: employees who started last year no longer have access to this program, which previously resulted in a "no access" status in their progression data.

Now, with the option to "Include progress for users without current access," you can retrospectively view and analyse this data, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of learning engagement and effectiveness.
