🔄 Presets for progression exports
Previously, setting up progression exports was a time-intensive task, particularly for those recurring weekly or monthly exports. The process required significant time and attention, as you had to repeatedly select the appropriate filters to ensure the accuracy of your exported data.
We've addressed this inefficiency with our latest update. Now, you can save your filter settings as presets. This means that when it's time for your next export, you can simply choose a preset with all your filters already configured. This streamlined approach significantly reduces the time and effort previously required, making the process quicker and more straightforward.

🛠️ Creator permissions for Studio
Navigating the distinction between admin and content creator roles in Studio has been a bit of a puzzle, especially when it comes to safeguarding user details. We've listened to your feedback and are happy to announce a significant update in content creator permissions.
If Studio is enabled on your platform, content creators can access Control with specific limitations. This update grants them access to crucial content areas (e.g., activities, sessions, journeys, and programmes tabs) while excluding any user details and publishing capabilities.
🧩 Programmes with tiles
Programmes now have their own tiles, similar to activities. This visual upgrade allows you to get a sneak peek of how each programme will look on the platform right from the Control setup. It's all about making the setup process as close to the end result as possible, ensuring you know exactly what your audience will see.

🖼️ Timeline image size increase
We've heard your feedback loud and clear. The previous image size limit on the timeline was a bit of a squeeze, so we've bumped it up to 5MB. This means your timeline will now be more visually striking, making it easier to engage and inform your audience with high-quality images.
👤 Profile UI improvements
We've given the profile section a facelift with several key changes:
Logout button: Now directly accessible as a text button in the profile, making it more convenient to locate.
Menu simplification: We've removed the logout button from the menu to reduce clutter.
Renaming 'Account' to 'Profile': A small but significant change for better clarity.
Tab reordering: Tabs are now organised for optimal navigation: Profile, Avatar, Certificates, and Settings.
