There is a fresh tab labelled "Emails" nested within the user profile. This tab includes a comprehensive history of every email notification a user receives. By clicking on the "Details" option, the exact email that was sent to the user will be displayed in a separate window.
This provides immense value for:
Accountability: By having a record of every notification, you can ensure that important notifications are sent and received.
Transparency: Gain insights into the communication your platform sends, ensuring consistency and quality.
