Happy Pride weekend 🏳️‍🌈 As we all are getting ready to celebrate love, diversity, and equality, it's high time we brought some cool updates your way. Here's what's fresh out of the development oven this time:

  • 🧬 Duplicating journeys: Now you can duplicate existing journeys with a single click, bringing major time savings for our busy admins.

  • 🔒 Platform-wide privacy setting: Admins can now set the default privacy for user email addresses across the platform. This puts the power of privacy right into the hands of those who manage it!

  • 🌍 Translation setting shifted: Find the platform translations neatly tucked away in the Control Settings tab.

🧬 Duplicating journeys

Just like the diverse celebrations of Pride, we know every learning journey is unique. But sometimes, you've got something so good you want to replicate it. Now you can easily duplicate existing journeys, making it much simpler to reuse the content and structure that has already worked so well. Save time and focus for admins on what really matters - delivering the best learning experiences.

Good to know:

  • The copied journey will have "copy" added on the ID

  • The Journey image cannot be copied

  • Automations are not copied

  • Archived sections are not copied

🔒 Platform-wide privacy setting

In our commitment to offering you the best tools to protect privacy, we've added a platform-wide privacy setting for email addresses.

Previously, users had the choice to show or hide their email addresses. Now admins can also decide whether user email addresses are hidden or visible by default, giving you greater control over the platform's privacy settings, depending on what works best for your learning community. It's about empowering you to create a secure environment that respects everyone's privacy needs.

Email communication is vital in enhancing learning experiences. Therefore, the default setting is to show user email addresses on all platforms. Both users and admins have the liberty to modify this setting as per their comfort and needs. However, keep in mind that any admin change in this setting will only affect new users.

⚠ This flexibility aims to enable smoother interaction, particularly between trainers and attendees. Thus, we suggest keeping the email addresses visible unless privacy concerns require otherwise.

🌍 Translation setting shifted

Translations are a crucial part of making our platform accessible and user-friendly for everyone around the globe. But the location of these settings has been a bit of a puzzle.

Instead of looking for platform text translations under the Content section, you'll now find them suitable where they belong - in the Platform Settings.

This change only applies to the translation of platform text, helping you customise the interface language easily and intuitively. Content translations remain unaffected in the Content Builder.
