As an admin, you may want to let users like managers or trainers access reporting for their group(s). You can do this by assigning reporting rights through permissions.
What reporting access allows
Having reporting rights for a group means:
You can track how much content users have completed (as a percentage or activity count)
You can see which content a user has or hasn't completed, and their answers
You can filter by journeys and groups for more targeted insights
You can see which journeys a user has access to and their progress
You can grade activities (if enabled)
You can track earned badges and assign new skills (if set up)
