Ask learners a question and let them select one or more images as the answer. Learners receive immediate feedback depending on whether their answer is correct or incorrect.
Setting it up
Image Upload an optional image (JPG, PNG or GIF) to display at the top of the template. Add an alt text to describe the image for accessibility purposes.
Heading and description Add a heading and an optional description to introduce the question.
MPC question
Question* — the question shown to the learner.
Show instructions — shows an extra line of instructions below the question (e.g. "Select the correct answer").
Allow multi-select — lets learners select more than one answer. By default, only one answer can be selected.
Include text in answers — shows the option text below each image. When unchecked, images are shown without text.
Answer options Add two or more answer options. For each option:
Option* — the answer text. Shown below the image if "Include text in answers" is enabled. Also used in analytics.
Is correct — mark this if the option is a correct answer.
Image* — upload a JPG, PNG or GIF. Add an alt text for accessibility.
Feedback Set up separate feedback for correct and incorrect answers. Each feedback block needs:
Title — a short title for the feedback.
Text* — the feedback body. Supports bold, italic, bulleted and numbered lists, and hyperlinks.
Why use this template?
Some things are easier to show than to describe. Use this template when your answer options are visual by nature, for example when learners need to identify the right product, recognise a situation, or spot the difference between options. It makes questions more intuitive and engaging for learners.
