Content guideline for the Download Format

This format is a one-screen explanation that includes files (e.g. work instructions, manuals) for the user to download. This activity format has no underlying templates.

Fields

Below fields can be filled into the Content Builder.

Content ID*

A unique identifier for the activity. Only shown in the content builder.

Title (text only)*

A title for this activity. Shown within the activity as well as on the activity tile and spotlighted activity (if applicable).

Image*

  • Image uploader for JPG, PNG, GIF. Shown within the activity as well as on the activity tile and spotlighted activity (if applicable).

  • Hide the image overlay checkbox: the image has a dark overlay to increase visibility of the close button. Disabling this checkbox will disable the overlay.

Text (rich text)*

A body text that supports bulleted or numbered lists, hyperlinks, bold and italic texts.

List title*

A title for the list of files. Used in analytics and invisible to the user.

Files

Here you can upload one or multiple files. Each should contain a title and (optional) extra info such as the file size and file format.

  • Title*: a title for the file.

  • Size (text only): the size of the file, e.g. ’20 MB’.

  • Format (text only): the file format, e.g. PDF, DOC, MP4, etc.

  • Document*: a file uploader that accepts all file formats.
