You can quickly add a new user to your platform by filling in their details and sending an invitation.
Manually adding a user is useful for testing, or when you don’t have an integration set up. It’s also handy if you only need to invite a few users by hand.
How to add a single user manually
Via users
Go to Users > Users
Click the Invite users button
In the invite options, select Add a new user
Fill in the following fields:
Click Invite this user
The user will receive an email to set their password and log in.

You can also invite a user from the Invitations tab:
Go to Users > Invitations
Click Invite user
Follow the same steps listed above to enter user details and send the invite

This method is perfect for creating test users or adding a few people manually when you don’t yet have an integration set up.
🪪 What if you don’t have user details?
If you don’t know the user's name or email, you can use a voucher code instead. This allows the user to enter their own details when signing up.
