Adding a single user to the platform

You can quickly add a new user to your platform by filling in their details and sending an invitation.

Manually adding a user is useful for testing, or when you don’t have an integration set up. It’s also handy if you only need to invite a few users by hand.


How to add a single user manually

Via users

  1. Go to Users > Users

  2. Click the Invite users button

  3. In the invite options, select Add a new user

  4. Fill in the following fields:

    • First name

    • Last name

    • Email address

    • Language

    • Optional: Contract start date

    • Optional: Add to groups

  5. Click Invite this user

The user will receive an email to set their password and log in.


➕ Alternative path: via Invitations

You can also invite a user from the Invitations tab:

  1. Go to Users > Invitations

  2. Click Invite user

  3. Follow the same steps listed above to enter user details and send the invite

💡 Tip:

This method is perfect for creating test users or adding a few people manually when you don’t yet have an integration set up.


🪪 What if you don’t have user details?

If you don’t know the user's name or email, you can use a voucher code instead. This allows the user to enter their own details when signing up.
