TinQwise Signals connects your operational data to your learning platform. This allows you to identify performance gaps as they happen and trigger learning in response: no delay, no manual effort

Close the loop: Signal → Learn → Measure

Every effective learning flow needs three steps:

  1. Signal: Catch the gap early

  2. Learn: Assign the right training

  3. Measure: Confirm it worked with TinQwise Impact

How signals with TinQwise works

TinQwise Signals connects real-time performance data from your business systems to your learning platform. This allows you to automatically identify learning needs and respond immediately.

Here’s how it works:

  1. An event happens in your system. For example:

    • A store misses its membership sign-up target

    • A customer gives a low feedback rating

    • Sales data shows low add-on purchases

    • A mystery shopper flags poor product advice

  2. A signal is sent to TinQwise
Your systems (like your CRM, POS, or feedback platform) send TinQwise a signal with the details. For example: who, what, where, and when.

  3. L&D specialists set-up automations. For example:

    • Awarding an award or certificate

    • Unlocking a new programme for the specific employee.

  4. TinQwise processes the signal
It identifies which employees were involved and runs the automation L&Ds created above.

  5. The right people receive the right training
Employees see the training in their stream, while the moment is still relevant.

  6. You track if it worked
TinQwise Impact shows whether confidence or results improved, so you can see the value of the learning.

Tip:

Use Signals to connect real events to relevant training, so learning always feels timely, useful, and tied to daily work.

Some examples

🛒 Mystery shopping

  • Signal: A store scores 4/10 on product recommendations in the latest mystery shop

  • Result: The next mystery shop scores 8/10, and employees clearly see the value of the learning

📞 Customer service complaints

  • Signal: A spike in “unfriendly service” complaints for a specific team

  • Action: Targeted training on soft skills and de-escalation is assigned to that team

  • Measurement: TinQwise Impact tracks whether confidence improves after training

  • Result: Complaints drop, and team members feel more confident handling tough conversations

⚠️ Safety incidents

  • Signal: A near-miss report is logged in the warehouse safety system

  • Action: Refresher training on equipment handling is sent to the affected shift

  • Measurement: Completion and confidence levels are tracked using TinQwise Impact
