๐ŸšจHeads up ๐Ÿšจ

In the #Progress field of all exports, we've updated the name of the started_at field (Column J in #Progress) to exam_started_at. This makes it clearer when an exam was started. No changes to functionalityโ€”just a name tweak!

๐Ÿ“Š Actual time spent in learning is now measured

Need better insights into learner engagement? You can now track exactly how much time learners spend in the platform. Whether it's for reporting, optimising content, or proving impact, this feature helps you stay on top of it all.
โ€‹
We measure time based on active engagement, meaning the minutes a learner spends interacting with content in their browser.
Find it in the Progression export (#progress sheet), Audience report, or via the Reporting API.

๐Ÿšซ Failed exams status in automations

Make failed examss part of your learning and development strategy. You can now trigger actions based on failed attempts-like sending notifications, resetting exams, or guiding learners tot extra support.
โ€‹
โฉPerfect for automating workflows and improving learning outcomes.
โ€‹

Whether that's notifying their manager when help is needed whit a specific training, automatically unlocking additional resources, or scheduling coaching sessions after multiple failed attempts, instantly trigger targeted actions when learners need more time and support.

๐Ÿ“œAudit logs available for groups, journeys and users

More transparency, more control! Now you can track every change made to groups, journeys, and users.
In control, simply click on a group, journey, or specific user to view its details and then navigate to the audit log tab.
โ€‹
๐Ÿ”Ž Great for troubleshooting and keeping a clear history of all platform updates.
โ€‹

๐ŸŽ‰New playful animations in the discovery stream

Navigating through courses feels more dynamic and involving. Subtle yet impactful visuals keep learners curious, motivated and engaged to their learning journey.
