Smart groups are designed to simplify user management and streamline your automation processes. With Smart Groups, admins can create dynamic groups based on set conditions, such as user attributes or roles.

Once a Smart Group is set up, users will automatically be added when they meet the criteria and removed when they no longer do—saving you time and effort in managing group memberships manually.

We’ve added new features to streamline your reporting process and make data analysis even easier.

You can now add a target line to the progression graph, making it simple to visualise goals directly within the report. Once set, these targets can be saved and applied across future reports.

Previously, only direct groups were visible, making it difficult to filter data at the parent group level. For example, if a user was in the group "Netherlands" with a subgroup "Amsterdam," filtering could only be done for "Amsterdam."

Now, you can see and filter by all groups the user is a member of—perfect for managing larger group structures with multiple subgroups.

You can now add the contract start date when manually inviting users to the platform. This small but significant improvement ensures that contract timelines are correctly tracked from the very start.
