🔔 Improved subscription management: Stay on top of overdue invoices with reminder banners and temporary access restrictions for admins.
🚀 Improved publishing flow: A smoother and more consistent process for publishing Studio and Content Builder activities.
🗂️ Alphabetical sorting for groups: Group titles in progress exports are now sorted alphabetically for easier management.

🔔 Improved subscription management

We’re giving you more control over managing your subscriptions. Now, if you have an overdue invoice, a reminder banner will appear to keep you in the loop. We get that life can get hectic, so if the invoice is still overdue 30 days after the due date, access to the Control panel will be temporarily blocked.

But don’t worry—this only affects admins, not learners. Your teams can continue to access all the learning content they need without interruption.

Small (But Mighty) Improvements:

🚀 Improved publishing flow
We’ve made the publishing process smoother for both Studio and Content Builder activities.
- Previously, you had to change the status of an activity in different places depending on whether you were in Studio or Content Builder. Now, the publish/unpublish process is exactly the same across all activities, making it more intuitive and less time-consuming.
- Also, we fixed a bug in the bulk publish feature. Before, it seemed like you could select multiple activities and publish them all at once, but it wasn’t actually working as expected. Now, bulk publishing works seamlessly.
- Just a heads-up: Adding an activity to a widget still automatically publishes it.

🗂️ Alphabetical order for group titles
We’ve added alphabetical sorting for group titles in the group column of progress exports. This small tweak makes it easier to filter for groups, saving you time when handling large datasets.

👀Coming Soon: Smart Groups

A very powerful feature is on the horizon—Smart groups! This will let you set up automations that automatically add or remove users from groups based on specific conditions.

With smart groups, you can simplify complex automations by setting conditions once and applying the Smart Group across multiple automations. This not only makes managing automations easier but also simplifies troubleshooting.
