We’ve been excitedly waiting for this release, and it’s finally here. This update is packed with features we know you’ve been looking forward to. From the much-anticipated full rollout of Progression Reporting to a complete overhaul of program creation in Studio. Let’s take a closer look at what’s new.

  1. 🎨 Build programmes in Studio: Creating programmes just got easier with the new Studio.

  2. 🚀New progression reporting out of beta: Enhanced data visualisations and expanded permissions for admins.

  3. 📱 Optimised video display for mobile: A better video experience on mobile devices.

  4. 🐞 Bug fix: Navigate seamlessly through programmes, journeys, and activities.

🎨 Build programmes in Studio

This item particularly excites us as it's the extension of the beloved Studio. Building programmes in Studio has been completely revamped to make your work more efficient.

Why is this awesome?
Creating and managing programmes is now easier or more intuitive. With Studio's user-friendly interface, you can:

  • Build programmes directly on the programme page without needing to pre-create activities, organise them into journeys, and then add those journeys into programmes. Everything can be done in one place, making the process simpler and more streamlined.

  • Programmes are now organised into sections rather than journeys. This means you’ll no longer add existing journeys into programmes but can easily create and manage sections instead. Don't worry—your previously created programmes are intact, with journeys automatically converted into sections.

  • The new interface allows you to clearly see all your activities and sections, with straightforward navigation to edit specific activities.

  • It’s easier than ever to change the order of your activities and sections directly within the programme.

As a bonus, we’ve tweaked the programme widget to allowing you to have full control over the order of the programmes that are shown to your people. 🚀

🚀New progression reporting out of beta

We're excited to announce that progression reporting is officially out of beta! 🌟

A few months ago, we introduced the new progression page with improved filters, sleek data visualisations, easy-to-use export templates, and automated reports.

Let's see what's added in this release:

  • Visualise journeys and programmes: Now, you can enjoy data visualisations for both journeys and programmes. Tracking progress trend with clear graphs and tables makes insights easy to grasp.

  • Expanded permissions: Previously, exports were available to admins with restricted permissions, but the data visualisations were not. Now, restricted admins can also access filtered data through the same powerful graphs and tables.

Say goodbye to the old page: With the new Progression page fully launched, it's time to bid farewell to the old version. Don't worry, we made sure it retired with grace (let’s just say it's off to a nice, quiet code farm… 😜)

📱 Optimised video display for mobile

We’ve made improvements to how videos are displayed on mobile devices. Whether your video is in a horizontal or vertical format, it will now be shown in the optimal layout, filling the screen appropriately for a better viewing experience.

🐞 Bug Fix: Smooth Navigation

We’ve squashed a pesky bug! 🐛 We’ve resolved an issue that prevented learners from navigating smoothly between activities, journeys, and programmes. After completing an activity, learners can now return to both the journey and the programme without any issues.
