  1. πŸ•’ Scheduled reports: Automate your reporting

  2. πŸ“Š Programmes progression export: Track progress of your programmes

  3. πŸ‘€ What's upcoming: Data visualisations for journey & programmes, and reporting for admins with restricted permissions

  4. πŸŒ„ Sunsetting the old progression page: Saying goodbye to the old progression page on the 14th of August.

πŸ•’ Scheduled reports

You can now schedule reports to be automatically sent to your email or directly to stakeholders. Set your filters, choose the templates (or raw data) you need, and select a weekly or monthly delivery schedule.

This automation eliminates the need for manual report generation, saving you time and ensuring that everyone is always up-to-date with the latest data.

πŸ“Š Programmes progression export

We’ve expanded our reporting capabilities to include programmes, in addition to activities and journeys. Previously, you could only track progress at the activity and journey levels. Now, with the ability to export progression data for programmes, you have a complete overview of learner progress across all content, making it easier to monitor and support development at every stage.

πŸ‘€ What's upcoming

We’ve been enhancing our reporting page to provide more detailed insights. Currently, you can access progression data for activities, journeys, and programmes, with graphical and tabular representations available for activities. Soon, these visualisations will also be available for journeys and programmes.

Additionally, admins with restricted permissions will have tailored access, ensuring they only see data relevant to their users.

πŸŒ„ Sunsetting the legacy Progression Page

The old Progression Page will no longer be available from August 14th, 2024. Make sure to transition to the new Progression Export page to take full advantage of our latest progression reports.

πŸ“ž Contact Customer Service if you need any help in transitioning to the new progression reports page in Control.
