Starting with the good news:

πŸŽ“ Studio has graduated from Beta

Thanks to your insightful feedback and testing, Studio has matured into a robust tool ready to support your collaborative content creation. If you haven't explored Studio, now's the perfect time to start.

Enable Studio via Control > Features > Studio. Dive into our Starters' Guide to kick-start your Studio experience.

Improvements:

πŸ“ Activity folders revamp

We've revamped our activity folders, offering a visual improvement to the folder system that clarifies the hierarchy. This update makes navigating and organising your content more intuitive.

πŸ“‹ Template duplication in Studio

We've introduced a duplication button in Studio that allows you to quickly duplicate templates within an activity. This feature will be quite handy for those creating exams or repetitive templates, saving you time and ensuring consistency across your materials.

To duplicate a template, hover over it and click on the duplicate button located right beside the remove button.

πŸš€ Creating groups via manual user imports

Previously, structuring your groups was limited to common categories (country, location, function, and organisation unit) with no customisation option beyond these.

Now, you can create new groups during the import process by simply adjusting the example group columns and/or adding more columns in the Excel sheet.
