Structure is key to delivering effective and engaging content. Learning platform's systematic approach, encompassing Activities, Journeys, and Programmes. It is designed to streamline the content creation process and enhance the learning experience.

For admins and content creators, this structure provides a clear roadmap for designing learning materials that cater to diverse learning needs and objectives. It ensures consistency in content quality, simplifies the design process, and enables the creation of tailored learning experiences that resonate with your people.

Understanding how each component of our system interplays and contributes to the overall learning journey is essential in maximising the platform's potential and achieving your educational goals.

Activities: Building blocks of learning

Activities are the core learning elements within our platform. They come in various formats such as Learning Bites, Videos, Audios, Tasks, Assignments, Social Challenges, and many more. Find all the available formats of Activities in the help article.

What are templates?

Templates are pre-designed frameworks that serve as the starting point for creating activities on the platform. They provide the structure and layout for different types of learning materials. Find all the available templates in the help article.

How to use templates?

Most activities have their own templates. Some of them allow you to choose from a variety of templates. Templates can be customised to fit your specific content and learning objectives.

Journeys: Creating a learning narrative

A Journey is a structured sequence of activities designed to achieve a particular learning goal. It guides learners through a curated content.

You can create a Journey by bundling together various activities. These can be organised into sections, each focusing on a specific aspect of the learning objective. Journeys provide a more comprehensive learning experience compared to individual activities.

Programmes: Structured learning paths

Programmes are structured learning paths with a set timeframe and specific learning goals. They are ideal for more in-depth learning experiences that require focus and commitment.

In a Programme, you can mix and match different types of learning activities and distribute them according to a pre-set schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly). Programmes often require learners to actively commit to participate and may include social learning elements.

Content distribution

For teams managing content on multiple platforms, updating activities on each platform individually can be quite a work. Our new content distribution feature allows you to connect the Control environments of different platforms and share content created on one with the others.

The content distribution feature must be enabled by a Superadmin, who assigns a list of platofrms the admin(s) can distribute to.
When distributing content, the admin selects a specific revision of the module to copy to the target platform.

If you’d like to link multiple platforms, reach out to your TinQwise contact to get started.

For more detailed information on each component, please refer to our specific guides on different formats of activities and their templates.
