🛠 Discovery stream automations
As your platform blossoms, managing the visibility of content with automations is a challenging task. To alleviate this, we've added previews to the Discovery Stream control page. It visualises the number of automations linked to each widget at a glance.
This intuitive view also helps in identifying widgets not connected to any automations quickly, facilitating faster troubleshooting and refinement processes.
Here's what to expect:
Automations preview: Hover over an icon to view a preview of the automation connected to that specific widget. Preventing numerous clicks to understand the (in)visibility of content for certain groups of users.
Direct link for editing automation: A click on the icon opens the full automation where you can edit the automation, a vital feature that promises to speed up troubleshooting and modifications.
🌟 Enhanced spotlighting in the discovery stream
Further enforce personalised Growth paths for your most valuable users with the newfound ability to spotlight journeys and programmes directly on the Discovery Stream. This enhancement magnifies the visibility of your varied content offerings, creating a richer and more engaging user experience.
In Control, navigate to Behaviour > Stream and hit the plus sign. You can now select Spotlighted Activity, Spotlighted Journey and Spotlighted Programme. After choosing your spotlight widget, select the content you want to spotlight and click save. Don't forget to link an automation so the widget becomes visible for the right users.

Be aware that if a programme is spotlighted and is also featured in the programmes widget, it might appear twice. This offers a chance for reinforced visibility but do plan your layout to prevent redundancy.
🎉 Upcoming soon: Studio Beta 1.0
Not so long ago, we announced that we've been secretly working on a very big project. After an intensive period of hard work and development, we are very happy to be sharing this first version of Studio Beta with you.
✨We are officially releasing Studio Beta 1.0 at the end of September ✨
Even though it still has its own limitations, Studio Beta is fast evolving into a very powerful content-creation tool. Initially, access to the Beta will only be exclusive to curious and adventurous admins keen on experimentation. Stay tuned for the release and for more information on how to be an early Studio pioneer adopter.
