πŸ“ Rich text editor enhancements

Email notifications

Emails that not only convey your message but also mirror your brand's identity. Besides the latest improvements on the rich text editor in email notifications, they now support text and image alignments. This will ensure that every email you send feels tailor-made, professional, and aesthetically pleasing.

Magic wall widget

Recognising the success and impact of the rich text editor in the email notification, we felt compelled to integrate its capabilities into more areas of the platform. Your invaluable feedback highlighted the magic wall widget, and we listened. Therefore, they're no longer just about plain text.

We've supercharged them with advanced text formatting options. You can craft formatted content that captures attention and engages your audience with the freedom to bold key points, italicise nuances, and add hyperlinks for deeper insights. And stay tuned: soon, we'll be introducing variables into the magic walls, offering even more customisation and dynamism 🀭

πŸ—£ Language preference in Intakes

Gathering information from your learners is crucial, and language plays a pivotal role. With our new addition, you can ask users about their language preferences during the Intake. This ensures that communication is always in a language they're comfortable with.

For more on creating intakes:

πŸ“Š Clarifying Session tables in Control

We've identified some areas of confusion in our Control tables regarding event attendance and have introduced the following fixes:

  • Disabled unnecessary edits: Attendance edits are now limited, ensuring it's only possible where required.

  • Column header clarity: We've renamed column headers in session tables to simplify data interpretation.

  • Attendance data revamp: Admins will now see a clear 1/1, indicating their 'attended' status for events not requiring attendance confirmation by default.

πŸ”§ Fixed performance issues

We've noticed and fixed a potential hiccup where one activity could inadvertently trigger another, unlocking the initial activity, leading to a perpetual loop. While learners weren't directly trapped in this loop, this back-and-forth between activities was affecting our system's performance.

This has now been handled gracefully, ensuring optimal platform efficiency and responsiveness.
