1. Trends:

Gain an overview of general statistics like total, engaged, and active users, the number of learning bites, answers given, and journeys created. Obtain user perception data to refine your learning strategies and effectively cater to their skill development needs.

Benefit: Optimize your learning strategy by identifying usage patterns and understanding user feedback.

Note: Filter platform data for a targeted examination of a specific user group.

2. Content:

Evaluate the content performance of your platform. For each activity, you can access:

Benefit: Identify high-performing content and spot areas for improvement.*

3. Usage:

Delve into real-time usage information, tracking how often your Growth platform app and its activities have been opened.

Benefit: Keep a pulse on user engagement and adapt strategies based on usage trends.*

4. Upskill:

Explore how your Upskill feature is performing. Discover who has achieved which badges and which categories are most popular, and view achievement trends over time.

Benefit: Understand user interest and achievement rates, allowing you to enhance the Upskill feature.*

5. Progression:

Create progression exports (.xlsx) of your platform data. Please note that changes in Users, Content, or Structure will only reflect the next day.

Benefit: Easily share and analyze data offline, providing flexibility in tracking platform progression.

Note: Exports can take several seconds to a few minutes to create depending on the platform size and export.

6. Feedback:

Access user feedback and get insights into their digital academy experience. This section will also display data from any surveys you've added to your platform.
