As a manager, you hold a unique position allowing you to influence your team's performance and growth directly. With our comprehensive reporting feature, you can gain deep insights into your team's progress, effectively answering crucial questions such as "Who is responsible for what?", "Has individual X completed training Y?" and "What is the progress of individual X on journey Y?".

Access this goldmine of information under the "More" tab in your navigation menu.

Discover the Benefits of Tailored Reporting:

Reporting Overview: By filtering by "Groups", "People", or "Skills", you can customize your data to suit your management needs better.

1. Groups:

Discover which groups you manage, count your team members, gauge the size of each group, and track the number of completed activities. Customize your view using the slide button to display ratios or percentages.

Benefit: Gain a macro-level view of team dynamics and productivity.*

Quick Tips:

  • Filter by journey to track progress on specific objectives.

  • Use "Search groups" to generate reports for individual groups.

2. People:

View a complete list of your team members, access their latest mood survey results (indicated by an emoji on their profile picture), and delve into detailed information including general info, survey responses, and journey and skill progression.

Benefit: Understand each team member's performance and emotional state, enabling better support and coaching.*

Quick Tip:

  • Click on a team member's name for in-depth information about their performance and progress.

3. Skills:

Gain an overview of all skills on Upskill, categorise for convenience, and tally your team's total skill achievements. Understand how many team members you manage and track individual skill accomplishments.

Benefit: Identify areas of strength and opportunities for further development within your team.

Quick Tip:

  • Filter by user group and skill category to narrow the data for focused analysis.

👀 Good to know

  • Sometimes users have access to activities that are not included in a journey. They still need to complete those activities to be able to reach a score of 100%. If they see activities they shouldn't see you can check out this troubleshooter:

  • Users can also track their progress. They can access it from the drop-down menu under "More".

    They can see the following information:

    • Percentage of their total progress on the platform.

    • The journeys they have access to.

    • The activities are in each journey and which ones they have completed.
