Editing notification texts
Every learning platform has its own unique style and brand. As an admin, you can customize the text in these notifications based on your target audience and platform branding. That means you'll always send notifications perfectly tailored to your platform.
Step 1. Navigate to Control > Content > Translations
Here you will find all the platform texts that can be adjusted based on your preferences.
Step 2. Find the translation keys.
The texts of each notification can be found under Emails or the corresponding feature. For example, if you want to edit the text of the Session cancelled notification, you should find both:
email text via emails > sessions > cancelled
in-app notification text via series > notifications > cancelled.
💡 You can also use the search function to find the relevant translation keys.
Step 3. Click on the translation key you want to edit.
You will find the text of all the available languages on your platform in the text editor.
Step 4. Make your changes, and remember to save your changes.
