After a short Easter break, it's time for our latest release. This one is a real treat! In this release, we have some major improvements that will make life easier for admins, trainers, and event hosts. Put on your bunny ears, grab your favorite chocolate treat, and let's hop right into it!

Sessions are on the move. Luckily, we caught them in mid-journey! 🚍 They now have their own tab in Control > Content > Sessions, making event management much easier. You can now view event series, events, and attendees in separate tabs, with all the information you need in a clear overview.

👀 Soon, you'll be able to see even more details on the Sessions tab, sparing you multiple clicks to get the info you need.

Sessions are getting one more revamp! This time it's for trainers and hosts. They now get in-app and email notifications once their event is fully booked. This notification is sent to the trainer who created the event as well as the hosts of the event. In this way, they both can monitor learners' interests and schedule another event if needed.

👆🏼 Note: If the number of spots available in an event increases and the event gets filled up again, hosts and trainers are notified again. In any other instance, they won't receive another notification. After all, spamming is not our intention.

Lately, our team has been busy simplifying LXP Control. One of the fruits of our efforts is a more intuitive drop-down menu in Control. Previously, only 20 items were shown on the drop-down menus. Based on your suggestions, we tweaked what is shown in these menus to help you spend less time searching for a specific item.

Now, you can simply scroll down the menu to see all the items available, without having to type their titles. All available items are shown in the menu.
