Admins can now quickly and easily view the contents of a learning activity without having to dive in. With our new Studio tab in activity details, you can get a sneak peek of all the templates of any activitys. This will save you time and effort and ensure that you are directed to the right page when editing the content.
🔔 (Email) Notifications for Sessions
1. Learners are notified when a trainer unregisters them:
This notification will give learners a heads up if there have been any changes to their enrollment status and will help them stay informed about any updates or changes to their events schedule. This is particularly useful for busy learners who may not have time to log in to the growth platform regularly to check their registration.
2. Learners are notified when they are registered for an event via the waiting list.
This notification will give learners peace of mind and eliminate any confusion or uncertainty about their registration. It will also help trainers manage the waiting list more effectively by ensuring that learners are notified promptly when a spot becomes available and automatically registered for an event.
⌛ Export Waiting List
Trainers can now export the waiting list for their events. This export will help trainers keep track of learners interested in the events but cannot join because of the limited number of participants. The waiting list feature makes sure that they are given priority when spots open up.
⏱️ Employee ID in total training time exports
Based on the feedback you shared, we added a column to the total training time export displaying employee IDs. This will make it easier for HR teams to keep track of employee progress and ensure that everyone receives the necessary training.
