With the new update, learners can now have an even better experience by knowing exactly how long each module will take to complete. This feature is available for all module formats, including download format and direct video format.
While the duration may not always be top of mind for learners, it provides valuable insights for administrators to evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives. In addition to in-app notifications, managers can now send messages to their new hires and buddy matches also through email. This new feature ensures that all important messages are received loud and clear even when the new buddy-new hire pairs are not actively logged into the LXP.
What's this Buddy feature for? 🤔
Buddy systems can be incredibly beneficial for both experienced and new employees. A buddy can provide support, guidance, and a sounding board for ideas, helping the new employee feel confident and comfortable in their new role.
