Whereas the discovery stream focusses on knowledge training, both upskill and goals focus on skills. When do you use which feature?

There are a few crucial differences in e.g. experience, distribution and timing that you can consider. Please see the table below for more details. Ideally the upskill feature is used for essential (skill) training for employees that learn to master their job. Goals is designed to support personal development.
