This week is marked by a special and rare event: the last total lunar eclipse until 2025. πŸŒ’ You might have to wait years for the next blood moon, but you won't have to wait long for our next release. 😎 We present to you the release notes of this sprint!

Key developments of this release:

  1. Webhooks

  2. Journey Images in QA

  3. Improved performance

🎣 Webhooks

Have you ever contemplated how you can create content that is not only relevant for the daily tasks of your employees but rewards them and provides the information they need at the right moment? Well, you do not need to contemplate any longer; we have just the solution for you. Meet Webhooks!

What is a Webhook, you might ask πŸ€”

A webhook is a real-life event recorded in an external app that triggers an action on the platform. This means you can link events that happen in real life (e.g., completing 20 deliveries) to different activities on the platform (e.g. unlocking a module about driving safely, granting a badge, etc.). The webhook allows two systems to work together: LXP and your app that records the event.

In a nutshell, you can adapt the learning experience on the platform based on the behaviour of your employees and real-life events.

Still a little bit unclear?

πŸ–ΌοΈ Images in QA

Most of you are actively using the QA platform for testing purposes which was an exact copy of the production platform. Well... Almost exact. Except, the QA platforms never stored the journey and skill badge images. The images were left blank, looking completely black. Boh! πŸ‘Ž

No more ugly black placeholders in QA platforms. From now on, the QA environment will be an identical copy of the production environment. This means that the journey images you see on the platform will also be visible in the QA environment. This will help you have a more authentic experience when testing or implementing things in QA.

Isn't that exciting? 😍

✨Improved performance

Life is like a rollercoaster: it has a lot of ups and downs and turns. Yet, one thing is certain, we never stop improving ourselves during our life, and neither does our LXP!

We debugged some performance issues. Our platform gets better and better with each new release.
