Summer ends and autumn comes... π TinQwise LXP is celebrating the new autumn season with
A new format,
A new condition for your automations,
New fields on certificates,
Faster manager reporting,
Updated session permissions.
1. How does better become great?
New format: social challenge with feedback π
The last release, we introduced a new format that you can use to encourage learners to observe their peers' work and share their work with others. This format is called social challenge.
In this release, we are taking the social challenge format to the next level: Social challenge with feedback. This format will allow learners not only to share and observe but also to get and give feedback from/to their peers. This new format will help your learners to grow and to support each other on the way.
2. New automation condition: first-time login π€
User-specific time conditions got a new update. It was already possible to set a condition based on three different user-specific times. Now, we have a fourth addition:
The first time a user is created.
Last time a user logged in.
Contract start date of a user.
First time a user logs in
This condition allows you to set up an action only for users who log in to the platform for the first time. For example, you can unlock a module/journey or send a welcome email to new users.
3. New fields in certificates π
Do you want to add a profile image of your learner on the certificate? Does your platform have customised data that should be added on certificates?
Not a problem! You can now add all the flexible fields (e.g., birth date) as well as profile images on the certificates.
4. How fast is fast enough?
Manager reporting is getting faster ποΈ
The platform is getting faster and faster. The manager reporting page was dragging behind, we said "No more!"β
Starting from this sprint, managers reporting page will no longer take more than seconds to be loaded.
5. Updated session permissions
We have updated the session permissions. Previously, you had to make sure that a trainer has both "manage_events" and "add_event" permissions to allow trainers to view sessions.
Here is a summary of session related permissions and what they provide users:
"manage_events" and "add_event" permissions together allows trainers to create and edit all events
"manage_events" permission allow trainers to only edit events (and not create events)
"add_event" permission only then the user is not allowed to create or edit events
