Add milestones and/or due dates in your programme to motivate your learners when working on their track. This way, they know what they're working towards. π₯
Please note: the due date is a fixed date typically used for for campaign based programmes.
2. Start an automation when a programme is completed βοΈ
Do you want to speed up your work in LXP control? Good news! We have added the programme is completed event type for automations. This allows you to add actions that happen when a user completes a programme. Automatically unlock an exam or grant a certificate after a programme is finished? Get creative and try out the new event type!
3. Unlocking & Enrolling users to programmes β
We simplified the process of unlocking a programme for you. Easily make programmes available for users via the new "Unlock programme" action. You can even automatically enrol the user in the unlocked programme(s), to get them started right away! β‘
4. Programme insights π
Wondering how your programmes are performing? After the module insights and journey insights, of course the programme insights couldn't be left behind! Check out the new insights tab in a programme detail page to find a real-time overview of all users with access to the programme, including completion, in progress and not started. π
5. Journey due dates π
Make sure your users complete necessary content in time. You were already able to add a due date to modules on the to do list, now you can also add a due date to an entire journey.
Tip! The due date will show everywhere we are showing journeys. For example, on the discovery stream and in Upskill. This makes it easy for users to know exactly what content they need to complete and when they need to do it. π©
6. Certificate expiry date β³
Have you created certificates with an expiry date yet? We all know that knowledge fades away and needs a refresher. That's why an expiration date on certificates brings extra value! The expiry date is shown on the certificate overview and on the certificates themselves.
Tip! When a certificate is expired, it will show a red exclamation mark.β
