Can I filter on active users?

Yes, you can find the total amount of active users via 'Users' with a filter on 'active users'. You can also download a progression report of active users only when you select 'Active users only?' when creating an export.

Over which time period can I see the amount of active users?

You can find the amount of active users per day or accumulative per month via the graphs in the Reporting tab. It also shows the average amount of active users for the past 30 days.

What is the 'activity duration' that I can include in my progression reports?

The 'activity duration' is a theoretical duration that you can indicate per activity. If you expect a activity to take 5 minutes to complete you can enter this in the Content Builder or in TinQwise Control. This duration will then be shown on the activity tile and in the progression report if you select the 'Add "duration" columns per activity'.

Can I access the reporting of programmes?

You can download the progression report of programmes via 'Reporting' > 'Progression'. Select the journeys that are in the programme and optionally filter on a programme group.

How do I check which content is being completed or not?

You can find real-time data via 'Content' > 'Activities' > 'Reporting'. The real-time data on the completion of a specific journey or programme is coming soon.

Where can I check examination results?

Look into the results of an examination via 'Content' > 'Activities' > 'Questions'.

Can I migrate reporting data into another software?

Yes, you can use APIs within learning platform. Using an API allows you to retrieve, analyse, and report platform data in your own data warehouse or business intelligence (BI) tool. Read more on what platform data available is via APIs here.
